Our Story
The journey of WinEdge REM&B Consultancy Services
The Beginning
WinEdge REM&B Consultancy Services was born out of over 30 years of experience in project management, health administration, human rights, social work, rehabilitation, and nonprofit development. Our founder, Raymond Badu, spent decades managing projects, supporting community development initiatives, and engaging with NGOs across Ghana. Through this extensive work, he identified critical gaps in funding, sustainability, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as the inability of many nonprofit organizations to scale and secure long-term donor support.
The Founding Team
Recognizing these challenges, Raymond, alongside his wife and co-founder Millicent Agyeiwaah Foh, established WinEdge REM&B Consultancy Services. From the very beginning, this journey was shared with two key individuals: Eric Antwi, an accountant with a deep understanding of financial sustainability, and Osman Baba Yakubu, a skilled business proposal writer dedicated to helping organizations secure critical funding. Their contributions played an integral role in shaping the foundation of the consultancy.
Our Mission
The mission was clear—to provide expert guidance and strategic support to NGOs, SMEs, and Sole Proprietorships, helping them grow, sustain their operations, and maximize the impact of donor funding. By aligning organizations' objectives, mission statements, and funding proposals with donor requirements, WinEdge ensures that nonprofits can continue their vital work beyond short-term financial aid.

Global Expansion & Future Vision
With a strong foundation in Ghana, we are now expanding our reach to Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium, bringing our expertise to a global audience soon. In addition to nonprofit consulting, we are introducing a new approach to Voluntary Service Overseas. Our program connects European and South American volunteers to impactful initiatives in Ghana, spanning health, education, culture, and language. We also facilitate research placements for university students and graduates. We are aiming for future collaborations with institutions like the University of Science and Technology (KNUST), the University of Education, Winneba, the University of Cape Coast, and Arden University, Berlin, Germany. WinEdge REM&B Consultancy Services is more than a consultancy; we are a movement committed to driving sustainable development, strengthening nonprofits, and fostering cross-cultural collaborations for a better future.
